The café, operated by OryLab, Inc., serves approximately 5,000 customers per month based on the concept of providing services to people who have difficulty going out by remotely operating the alter ego robots "OriHime" and "OriHime-D." We are very pleased to hear that the café has received a warm reception. We sincerely appreciate the warm reception we have received from all of you.

We have decided to make the following changes to our services in order to provide our customers with a better customer service experience using our alter ego robot, OriHime.
In addition, in response to the recent rise in the cost of labor, energy, and various materials required to operate the facility, we will be revising the usage fees for some areas in order to continue to provide a stable, high-quality customer service experience in the future.

【All seats will be converted to OriHime customer service seats with an admission fee.】
Currently, the window seats in the restaurant are open to the public as general café seats, but we will now convert all seats to seats that can serve OriHime customers. This will allow us to expand the content of the restaurant experience and improve the long wait times during the high season.

【OriHime Diner and OriHime Pass price revision】
From November 16, 2025 (Sunday)
・OriHime Diner fee
Currently : Adults (12 years and older) 4,000 yen (4,400 yen incl tax), Children (4-11 years) 2,000 yen (2,200 yen incl tax)
After revision : Adults (12 years and older) 5,000 yen (5,500 yen incl tax) ,Children (4-11 years) 2,500 yen (2,750 yen incl tax)

From November 7, 2025 (Friday)
・In-store admission ticket OriHime Pass
Currently : Adults (12 years and older) 1,637 yen (1,800 yen incl tax), Children (4-11 years) 910 yen (1,000 yen incl tax)
After revision Adults : (12 years and older) 2,000 yen (2,200 yen incl tax), Children (4-11 years) 1,000 yen (1,100 yen incl tax)

*Prices for food and beverage menus will also be revised on and after November 7 (Fri.). Please check the website after that date for details of the revised menu.

Enjoy a special latte made with matcha green tea, which has a deep flavour. Served with black sugar syrup and bracken starch dumpling and "sakura( cherry blossoms)" crispy wafers made from pounded rice. Plaese feel eary spring!

In response to recent increases in labor costs, energy costs, and the cost of materials required to operate the facility, we will be revising ticket prices for these areas beginning Friday, March 7, 2025, in order to continue to provide a stable, high-quality customer service experience.

Date and outline of the event
This event will be held four days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays,
Saturdays, and Sundays from October 19 to November 5.
Hours are from 19:30 to 21:30.
Admission tickets are 2,000 yen per ticket. This price includes one welcome drink, snacks, and more candy.
Additional drinks can be ordered.
Seating is limited to 6 seats at the bar counter.
Reservations are not available and will be taken on a first-come,
first-served basis on the day of the event.

At this event, a pilot operating the “OriHime” alter ego robot will greet guests at the bar counter.
Although the restaurant has other seating available, only the bar counter will be available at “BAR OriHime ver. β”.
Please enjoy a moment of heartfelt hospitality by an OriHime pilot in a small and relaxed atmosphere.

It has a good balance of apple, caramel and cinnamon flavours. It is recommended for this autumn only! Pizza and parfait are also available in NEW versions. Please try them at Café DAWN!
